    Don't work there if you have any sense! Email I sent: Good Afternoon Spar, I have been at the store since 10:30 this morning but there is nobody available to discuss this matter. It is unfortunate that it has come to this . I would like to give notice to pay wages to myself as I have not received them within the allocated time and have not received any reason . I have not received written notification of my dismissal within the relevant timescale. I therefore am left with no option but to seek the relevant pay in addition to full scheduled salary pay for 25th and 27th October where I arrived for shift start and was told to go home until somebody called me , which was the call from yourself on 27th October. I will also be seeking legal action regarding the dismissal as it was wrongful dismissal and the reason I left 2 hours early on 23rd October was due to continued isolation and unreasonable behaviour from Shauna and Shannon which constitutes constructive dismissal and forced me to leave my work environment as the behaviour and therefore bullying had been going on since employment commenced. I will also be seeking remuneration for any failed direct debits or bank charges due to salary not being paid on 10th November. Please consider this as notice that I will commence with industrial legal action which may result in additional legal costs for Spar/ Henderson Group. I have been attempting to contact yourself or Conor or Collete numerous times about the pay and have had to visit Vivo and Spar stores to look and to leave my number and what it was regarding. I have also contacted my local community representative and have written 3 letters to local papers . I believe I had been dead on and reasonable but I don't like being made a fool and treated with such apathy. Why does this store believe that they can treat employees like scum? I promised my wee boy I would take him to my nephews birthday party today and now can't . So you can tell Conor and Collette that when they refuse to pay wages owed and leave a 3 year old crying - I have no option but to take the matter further. You say Conor would sort it this week and he didn't , now I have yet to tell my Son he's not going to a birthday party . It's disgusting.
